As the former CEO and Principal of Green Tech Charter High School (GTH), Dr. Miller implemented strategic programs to address disparities in academic achievement. Under his leadership, GTH—a school serving over 95% Black males and nearly 90% low-income students—achieved a 100% college acceptance rate and maintained a graduation rate above 95% each year. These results stem from Dr. Miller’s holistic approach to school reform, grounded in culturally responsive teaching, collaborative mission-building, and a commitment to empowering youth.
